A Government Council will be held on Thursday under the chairmanship of the Head of Government, Aziz Akhannouch.
At the start of the meeting, the Council will examine three draft decrees, the first of which modifies the decree issued for the application of the law on the organization of the profession of tourist guide, while the second supplements the decree issued for the application of the value added tax provided for in Title III of the General Tax Code, indicates a press release from the Department of the Head of Government.
The third draft decree amends and supplements the decree issued for the application of the customs code as well as indirect taxes under the administration of customs and indirect taxes, the press release continued. Next, the Council will examine a convention concerning the protection of workers against occupational hazards arising from air pollution, noise and vibrations in the workplace, adopted by the General Conference of the International Labor Organization, in its sixty-third session held on June 20, 1977 in Geneva, with a bill approving the aforementioned convention. The Council will complete its work by examining proposals for appointment to high office, in accordance with the provisions of article 92 of the Constitution, the statement concludes.
