The Customs and Indirect Tax Administration (ADII) announced on Wednesday that the digital platform “[email protected]has been enhanced with new services for Customs at your fingertips. Thus, the end-to-end management of certain requests is one of the new features offered, to be carried out online through [email protected] and this, in particular for the opening of a particular private warehouse and a special particular private warehouse (EPPS), indicates the ADII which published a user guide of the requests version 2.0 – part operator.

These new functionalities also concern the benefit of the mixed guarantee, the benefit of the guarantee on commitment of exporting companies, the waiver of guarantee in the context of subcontracting for the benefit of a foreign principal, the benefit of the guarantee on commitment exporting companies established in industrial acceleration zones, as well as the granting of the status of authorized economic operator – customs simplifications, adds the same source.

With the enrichment of the mobile platform “[email protected]», the ADII has taken a further step in the dematerialization of its administrative procedures and thus intends to comply more with the law 55-19 on the simplification of administrative procedures and formalities.
Since September 8, 2022, any economic operator can initiate and follow all the processing steps required from the submission of the application, through the uploading of the required documents and the electronic receipt of the response from the competent customs service. By providing business leaders with the platform [email protected] allowing them to instantly monitor their customs operations, the ADII has made it an evolving tool from the outset aimed at offering them a complete digital experience corresponding to their daily customs activities. The first version, mainly equipped with a dashboard, was launched in November 2020, followed by a second in June 2021 bringing new features in terms of e-documents.
