Former Atlas lions coach Vahid Halilhodzic is currently going through a difficult period after being fired from his position as head of the Moroccan national team. He recently said he was considering ending his coaching career.
The Bosnian technician, who is currently without a lead, nevertheless confides that he has received many offers, but he does not wish to leave for a new adventure for the moment. “I received a lot of offers, after this decision which was that of the Moroccan Football League, Until the World Cup and despite these offers, I will not accept either. And I’ll see later.”
What goes wrong with the Bosnian is the fact of having led another national team to the World Cup, and that he was again dismissed again. (After Ivory Coast and Japan…).
“This decision was a painful blow for me. I’m even thinking of ending my somewhat bizarre career. That’s life, I’ve been through many fluctuations, I can’t stand it. I think I say thank you to football.”
Vahid Halilhodzic as a national coach in the final phase of the World Cup only participated in this event once, it was with Algeria, while he was dismissed before the start of the competition with Japan, Ivory Coast and Morocco.
A decision that seems to have greatly affected the former coach of Nantes and Paris Saint Germain or Raja Casablanca.
